The Washington Park Rose Test Garden in Portland is a great place to visit. The roses are absolutely gorgeous and smelled wonderful. They had fountains all of the place and little paths. It was so interesting to see so many roses in one place. There was even a spot that you could look out and see Mount Hood in the distance looming over the city. The rose garden is one of the 24 official testing sites for the internationally respected All-America Rose Selections (AARS).
